Aug. 2nd, 2005 08:47 amIt says something about a company, when your desktop support department picks up your non-functioning computer right away, but takes 2 days (and counting) to do a simple hard drive and/or power-supply swap. Apparently, I'm lucky that they picked it up at all on the first day.
If I'd taken more than 60 minutes from pick-up to delivery, and waited more than 30 minutes from the time I was notified (depending on how many fires I had to put out at the time) to pick it up; I'd have gotten written up. But apparently a wait of several days on a 15 minute repair is common and expected.
No wonder this place is such a mess.
